Men 40+

To all my friends out there -- who have either just hit the dreaded 40! or have hit it a long time ago -- i will be posting a series of blogs relating how we can at least...try to turn back the hands of time a bit.
A little about my background... In my 20's -- oh how they seem so far away now -- i was  the a-typical 20 something male. Long full head of hair, big biceps, ripped 6-pack stomach and laughed at all the older, balding, pot bellied, 40+ males thinking to myself...Never! Never will i ever look like them! Never ever will i get over weight...lose my hair... wake up with out a morning hard-on...or not be able to hit my chic at least 3 times a day...etc.
We were probably all once there on some level and vowed similar things...but the truth and father does catch up with us and now that we're older we not only know this -- but have to accept it... Or do we???
Personally i have a commitment to get back into shape, re-new my libido, get back my physique, and if possible even a bit of my hair.
On this path as i re- commit my-self, i will share just what i am doing to achieve all this. From meal plans, work-out plans, supplements and vitamins i am taking. I will share just what and where my successes and pitfalls are.
As people continue to find my blog and hopefully gain interest they will get to see first hand what may be a worth while plan to follow and where to stay the hell off my path as it failed miserably! I will share where i have found good deals on products and pass on the links so others will have the same chance to duplicate what i am doing successfully. I will also be passing on what was useless and advise you not waste your time and money on.
As 40+ guys we are all in this together, and i believe if we all stick together in this we just may be able to turn back a few hands of time. Until the next update...all the best.
